Purchased a Bissell 86T3 carpet cleaner and it was received broken on 6/22/12. Contacted Brandsmart within an hour of receipt and was advised they would contact UPS and arrange return shipment. I was to receive instructions by 6/25 for UPS pickup. Called vendor today and was was advised that it is my responsibility to arrange return shipment at my cost even if the product received was defective.
